Your order will be uploaded to the Kristal Digital Server via your normal Internet Service Provider (ISP). Depending on your ISP contract you may incur communication or connection charges during the upload. After your order is submitted the credit / debit card payment will be authorized by WorldPay. The payment will be shown on your credit card statement as Kristal Digital Imaging Centre or Kristal

Your pictures will be printed on high quality digital processing equipment. As with all digital pictures, the quality of the print depends on the amount of data (number of pixels) in the original image. If you have used a low quality picture or if you have zoomed in or cropped too much, the software will have warned you that the resulting prints may be of bad output quality. Despite these warnings we do let you order the print. Any queries or complaints should be emailed to support@kristal–, or write to Kristal Digital Imaging centre, 7 Castle Street, Kingston KT1 1ST. Please include your order number (shown in the acknowledgement email and the completed order list) in any correspondence.
