Our Story

 

Kristal Digital Imaging Centre is Surrey’s Premier professional photo processing lab. We are an independent family business located in Kingston upon Thames established in 2003. Over the years Kristal has gained loyalty and built close relationships with their customers who value their commitment. Since the founding of the business 15 years ago the business has grown to great heights and is now one of the market leaders in the area. Kristal Digital prints for a wide variety of people, from professional photographers and International Institutes such as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), The United Nations, Unilever, The British Wildlife Photography Awards, to the students of Kingston University, local schools such as Kingston Grammar School, and many well-known press agencies. Kristal also prides itself in getting involved with many charity organisations and various clubs and societies such as the Kingston and Richmond Photographic Societies, including sponsoring various events and competitions. Kristal aims to be at the heart of the community and holds a very personal relationship with all its clientele striving to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Kristal Digital is a professional photo processing lab and commercial printing specialists which aim to provide the best quality and service possible. In order to achieve this objective, we have continued to invest in the latest state of the art equipment to ensure that the latest print innovations and highest quality results are constantly achieved and maintained. Our success in the online printing market lead us to introduce a commercial print and design service to the business with a highly skilled team specialising in bespoke hand finished bookbinding.

Our Service

 

We aim to provide a high level of customer service whether it is online or within the store. Our friendly team will help and support customers in many ways from deciding what products to purchase or provide guidance and suggestions with their order, from the basic digital print to large wall art installations. Discount and Loyalty schemes are also in place for our customers and students to use throughout the year which are very popular to say the least! Our continued sponsorships for the Kingston University Graduate Fashion Show, and their internal graduate shows are always highly appreciated by the students. Another sponsorship for The British Life Photography Awards in recent years has proved very popular with photographers from around the country are just a few to mention.

Our Products

 

Kristal aims to continuously develop products that retain existing customers, and also attract new clientele. We have a huge range of products that range from Standard photographic prints, to large Wall Art installations. Photobooks to personalised giftware. Additionally, our commercial print division can provide simple photocopying to complex document design print and bind. Large Format Printing and Scanning upto A0, with mounting and laminating services can also be provided with a quick turnaround.
