We tend to use Royal Mail First Class as this is the most economical method of delivery, however this does not offer any tracking facilities. This service is also not guaranteed for a next day delivery, as Royal Mail do not offer a guaranteed delivery for items despatched as first class, although they will aim to deliver on a next working day. Royal Mail First Class costs start from £4.99 per order. Next Day courier costs start from £11.95.


Royal Mail do also have a size restriction policy on First Class services when items exceed predetermined dimensions set by them. If your item does exceed this, we will inform you, and the use of a courier service will be necessary in order to fulfil your order.


If a guaranteed delivery date is required, we will need to use a next day courier service, which is only available Monday – Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required, provided that your order can be completed in good time and arrangements can be made for the courier to collect from us, additional charges will apply.


Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsibility for delays and lost packages by Royal Mail. If for any reason, your order was sent by standard Royal Mail First Class and your item has not been received, our policy is to wait for the package to returned to us, as all our packages have a return to sender on them.


If your order consists of items that have variable production times, we will despatch your order once all items have been on completion of all items


We can deliver to most countries, cost and timings will vary and be dependent on the actual location. We will advise on this prior to despatching your order.


Shipping directly to your client (White Label Shipping) is also possible. If you mention this on your order, we will ensure that no invoice will be enclosed and will be sent in unbranded packaging.


Kristal Digital Imaging Centre cannot be held liable for any consequential losses that may be incurred where deliveries are delayed or lost.


If your order is received damaged, please ensure that you notify us within 72 hours. We will need to see evidence of the damage. You can send us pictures of the damage via email to Once the damage has been assessed we will arrange a replacement.


We will only accept returns if a product is faulty or damaged. Unfortunately, with products that have been personalised we are unable to accept returns unless there is a production fault or defect. We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind so please check your order carefully before submitting it.
